I am currently on British Telecommunications (BT) Total Broadband with Phone and T.V and I am paying for 20MBs download speed and I don't know my upload. I am wondering why when I am downloading something directly from the site in the internet browser I get really fast download speeds but when I download torrents in uTorrent I receive really bad download speed. I done a speed test and I am getting the speed shown in my image. As you can see it is no were near how much I pay for. If you could help me out by telling me how to increase the speed or tell me why they are so low then please quote here. I will provide some +REP if any help that is provided works.
