What you can do is restart your laptop and hold F8 on startup. This will bring up a menu. Click Safe Mode with networking. Select the default admin account, and the password should be blank. Sometimes it works when you try to login, then you can edit the settings on that account for others. Let me know if this works. Reps gone so no problem about that
