(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So my laptop broke and I sent it to get it's screen fixed (I claimed on home insurance) and I have cracked software on it and they asked for my password I didn't give it them but when they get on to it they might find my cracked software on it and like fine me :( what do I do???

I have no idea but they asked for it Smile I don't think there actully aloud to go through my files as I think it's a invasion of my privacy and they don't have to fix anything on the actual laptop it was just the LCD that smashed

Tell them that you have personal info that should not be viewed on that computer.

Firstly; they will not bother checking your software; and if it was cracked it's not their problem (they would not gain from anything).
Secondly; before you send something in change your hard drive disk next time.:wtf:

Talk to a manager or something. Tell them that 1) You have no right to log onto my computer. 2) I have personal files that are confidential. 3) Why the F*** do you need my password to fix the screen?
