Without the motherboard information it's almost impossible to tell, but I would guess it won't work, as they are both pretty different processors...Just find out the motherboard specs for both laptops and google it, it should show what it supports...

It probably will **** up your computer if you do it wrong and i am pretty sure that your computer will have to have other components replaced so the i3 core can run properly.

Lolz I tried it, got to the motherboard.. got really scared of breaking it.... so I stopped. She still found out haha. It was a terrible idea from the start but thanks for the reply.
