Just use tor, that always works unlike proxies... And no VPN required. :'

Download HotSpot shield. It will give you a US IP address when turned on. Great tool whenever you need to hide your real IP.

i did this before for some reason , i cant remember why but this is how i did it.

- Go to the normal account creation page
- look in the webpage URL and you will see something like "en-UK" in their somewhere.
- Change the "en-UK" to "en-US"
Hit enter and the page will reload
- Then it will give you the option for @hotmail.com and @live.com email address's
