try running it in compatiblilty mode if ur on vista or 7 if ur on xp u might need to find a lower version of the program if that fails run as admin

Thanks mate but i found out the problem, It was a virus that was protecting another virus, ran it with rkill then killbox to delete, cheers anyway mate
