So I have decided to go through with Microsoft buy a laptop get a 360 deal..

But I need help picking one out... Not to worried about the software since I will be dualbooting linux.

What will I be doing with it? School shit (PowerPoint, Photoshop, some programming, video editing? Word, Excel) Minecraft, and more minecraft..

im not entirely sure but i have an hp pavilion dv6 with a built in fingerprint scanner and it was only like 600 and for a few more bucks you can have all the windows office installed too
its never gave me any problems but it gets hotter than hell so watch it

The Sony Vaio for sure! but anyone you choose make sure you got an extended warranty in case you have a mayor problem or just you dont want the product.!

Out of them, the HP Envy or the Sony Vaio. Those are the best 2 IMO :y:

I ordered the Vaio.. I changed my mind. As long as it can do school shit and leaves me enough to save up for a new TV I'm good.
