Optiplex Gx280
Default VGA video card
4GB of Ram
Windows 7 Ultimate

Run the file as an admin.

(Your windows user account will have to be an admin account or it won't prompt you to authenticate it and therefore won't work, only admins can modify system32)

is it perhaps a 64 bit system ? You must login or register to view this content. if it is you will need a 64 bit version
if it is 32 right click and run as admin and see if that lets you

32 bit mate.

thats it, theres no file to run, I downlod on IE9 and a box just comes up.

it doesnt download a .exe to a desktop I could run as admin. help??

Are you sure you're running it as an admin and your windows user account is an admin? You <b>need</b> to run it as an admin, there's an option to do so in the right click menu.
