Your budget is 1600 or 600?
Also 4GB of Ram is plenty for gaming, you would only need more if you planned on doing lots of video rendering or lots of heavy multi tasking.

And I plan on rendering a ****load of videos (and need it fast), aswell as playing games (So I can actually do something while rendering).

Try barebones. Thats what a lot of people have recommended to me.

You can build a monster from newegg.com with $1600. As matter of Fact, You could build a beast with 8/16 gigs of RAM for $1200 - $1300 (That is dual Monitors and all.)

I don't know much about computers, so I need someone who's willing to help me chose the parts :p
