Which laptop is a better deal out of these 2? I am going to be using the laptop for basic computing, watching movies, using photoshop, and playing some games such as the sims 3.

Also, if there are any other good computers you know of at this price range, please comment.

I dont really know which one is better but if i had to pick i would pick the ASUS one.

and 1 thing is if acer fall down it will damage alot .

Yeah your right, I had an acer computer and the first time I ever dropped it I had too buy a new one, it really sucks...
