I am running an AlienWare Aurora and I have no facking idea what to buy. Could I take ram cards from old computers and add them to this one? Cause I heard there is 2 or 4 ram slots?

If u have DDR2 on Alienware then you should should DDR2 or if you have DDR3 then you should get DDR3 .

And you can add up to 8GB Ram in one slot .
