Yes, i do think its nice :p. i7 is going to be very fast, and i would recommend at least 4gb of ram with this, 8gb if possible.

6 will be perfect. If I knew your motherboard I could probably tell you if it would fit.

Take atleast 4 GB of Ram, 8 if possible like the guy above said
It now depends on how much you want to spend on a videocard.
If your budget is big enough for a dual videocard I would go for two 6950's.
Here in Europe that costs around 450? but prices are different in the USA.

Don't take an Nvidia if you don't have the money, cause one GTX 580 is weaker then 2 6950's and costs 50 bucks more.
If you don't wanna spend that much you could just get one 6950 (200? here), It can take all CoD's on Very High.
Just search for the card you want on YouTube, see if the guy has the same specs as you and you'll see what it can take.

'6950 Black Ops i7'
This one has exactly your specs, runs Dirt 2 maxed out with 60-70 FPS ingame while recording, 80 without recording.

According to this guy he has 80 FPS while recording, and 140-150 without, but I dont know on what he's playing.
