This build will play Black Ops on like... max settings 3 times over. If you want to go with this one instead of the one you built before, either way I'd say go for it.

EDIT: The hard drive, though? Replace it with this one: You must login or register to view this content.

It's cheaper and faster.

Also, if you have the extra money, I still say you should go with an Intel Core i7 2600K. If not, then the 2500K will work fine.

Final thoughts:

Thermal compound (as was suggested in the other thread. It's very important!) When you get it, just carefully apply it to your processor (pin-side down) and a lot more on your CPU fan.

Better hard drive - You must login or register to view this content.

And that's it. Upside Down Happy Good luck with your PC! It'll be a poster child for gaming performance.

More revolutions-per-minute, a higher cache, and 6Gb/s compared to 3Gb/s.

The 6Gb/s isn't as important, it's more of a gimmick, but the higher cache, RPM, and lower price is certainly worth it.

K I'll change it, but u may have read the cache wrong.. I think there the same... AndRPM? Ram per minute?

Yeah, you're right, the cache is the same. Sorry, I missed that. xD

RPM means revolutions per minute, and the higher it is the faster the hard drive.

The hard drives have more in common than I thought, I should have looked more. But still, the Seagate is cheaper and is 6Gb/s. Even though it's a gimmick, it's still an advantage.
