Easy way.. simply change your External Ip Address via Router. If you running an online game for others to connect onto, you may want to link your ip address to dyndns.com. It will help to kind of protect you as well.

download Hotspot Sheild From Here: You must login or register to view this content. then start that this will spoof ur IP

And i downloaded hotspot and when i open it, it opens a empty page on my browser :(

got to You must login or register to view this content. and check your ip start hotspot and check agen did it changw?

On hot spot it shows a different ip :s
EDIT: Yay its working now but do i have to change the settings of my ps3 now?
