yh, u have to verify ur paypal, u do that by a credit card, if u've done that, u have to make it unlimited or limited to $2000

^^^ what he said but u can also add ur bank account to it. I did the E-trade method for myself like 5 months ago and my account works great. I even opened a dispute with someone and won and they didn't lock my account
