(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well, I wanted to hide the shoutbox from guests/not logged in/banned users, and managed to do so in the acp under option, shout, etc. BUT, when I go to type something, it comes up with "Access denied", so I go into the shoutbox settings (I was provided a link by the owner of the website) and checked to see if our usergroup was banned, which it isn't. No usergroup is banned through the acp, or the link provided to me.

I heard it was server errors or something like that, but the owner looked at it, and everything seemed fine. I have tried simply turning off and turning on the shoutbox to no avail.

Any help is appreciated.
