Easy just put your windows disc in and install it.
If you have partitions from your manufacturer and windows will not let you install it simply wipe your drive with a free program called boot and nuke or active kill disc i use active kill disc its faster.
I would suggest doing this anyhow as this gives you a blank drive.

So does active kill disc wipe the whole computer and get rid of any viruses? Do you suggest doing this rather than installing windows?

Yes just download it and use imgburn to burn it as a bootable disc pop it in to your pc and restart if it does not boot you will need to change your boot order in the bios to boot from disc first.
Just follow the easy steps and wait my 500gb took about an hour and a half but it is well worth it.
Your drive will be fully blank any virus you had before will be long gone.
When it is done simply put your windows disc in and reboot your pc then install clean fresh windows.
Also i would suggest any anti virus program, browsers, ccleaner anything etc you would like to have on your fresh install to get before you format with active kill disc just put them on a usb stick then install on your fresh install this way your not browsing the net unprotected to find them.
