simply open bittorrent as "create a new torrent file" then send it to your friend...you will be the only available seed

simply use winrar and click add to archive and choose the size for each file you want if its 3gb do 1gb it will make 3 files to upload then the user just extracts to same location problem solved Winky Winky

Just to directly answer your question, as opposed to offering alternative techniques, you can't upload a BitTorrent file for just one person.

BitTorrent is almost like a new protocol for transferring files. Its similar to a peer-to-peer file sharing service, but there are multiple peers. A "tracker" identifies the "swarm" (a group of computers) which gives the BitTorrent client (running on your computer) the information needed to trade parts of the file you want to download with the other computers. Its a give and take thing. When you download a file, you enter a "swarm", wherein each person is downloading parts of the file from another person.

Not sure if that makes sense, but basically: you download parts of the file you want from various source, (in most cases) these sources are other users, its effectively a equivalent retaliation circumstance, you share pieces of the file with others, and others share pieces of the file with you, until everyone has the complete file.

All that means: if you're running a BitTorrent with just one person, its effectively just a peer-to-peer sort of file share (except perhaps even less efficient).
