there's the Admin account ( Password )
Then there's mine, with no admin rights.
I need access to the admin one,

Well im on vista but this is what i do from memory dont think its too different on xp Just go to control panel then user accounts click on it again thenit should say change account type then obviously what you want to do there is click on administrator
