Though if you just want something simple to take off home connections, mainly used to boot people off XBL, and Runescape, I would get Jay's Booter 5.7. First of all, you won't be able to just type in a username and boot them off, as I am thinking you want to use this for booting people off while you are killing them in the wild so you get easy loot.

Jagex doesn't give you their direct IP address, they generally give an IP reference when you log on.

I would stop where you are and give up because you will disappoint yourself in the end finding out that you simply can't do it.
