So, it's for Hotmail not Facebook but the Hotmail is connected to Facebook. If it is Captcha you are having issues with, that is then something you must manually enter in. There are no real captcha readers on the web, well any for public use.

Possibly clearing all Cookies on your computer might help reset the response.
