You aren't going to be able to get a music production program for free (legally). There are, however, ways you can get it without paying. I can't post any links or anything because that's pretty much warez and are illegal. But, you can search the internet, and you can probably find something on Piratebay. I will PM you a music production forum name as well seeing it has a lot of plugins and stuff, and yes it does have programs as well.

Now, for good programs. I suggest using either FL Studio, Ableton Live or Cubase.

Oh and by the way I'm using Reaper to record my vocals and it's free Smile

Seeing as you are very interested, or seem interested in vocals. Cubase would be the best choice, it has many vocal toggling tools and interfaces. Also it has very good quality and advanced panels. You can also go for Reason, FL Studio, Ableton. It all depends on your familiarity with the programs and interface.

No problem. It's not too hard to use, I have worked with it before but it is complicated then other interfaces and takes time to get used to. It is definitely easier than Logic Pro though, so give it a go!
