You gotta go & reord with the Studio it gave you
When your uin it
go to the Capture button below the file,edit,etc. == Click it
Go to Settings on the bottom
Click Caprture Source
Go to Aspect Ratio
Cick the other selection that is there for you

How do you make the video you are recording not lag. I get a half second lag when I record my PS3 videos.

Use an S-Video/AV Cables that is especially 4 the PS3

Well a TV is not close to my PS3. But I have a projector that has an S video cable but its still a little far away from my PS3.

Well my laptops CD/DVD Drive broke and won't open, so I can't use it with that on my SD TVs.

That explains why your quality isnt good get an svid/av cord and use the instant dvd recorder and you cant cha nge the screen size but if you have the cord i mentioned you can watch it on your tv
