I made one on my site. Its web based. Just click the one you want. It only works in the US right now but I might add support for other countries if I get requests for it.

There's a myriad of SMS Spoofers.

The thing is, they're easy to spot out (via header tags, AH, DCC, etc)

You could use them to trick popular websites, to social engineer a dumbass, to prank your friends, etc.
