And before the sound worked perfectly..

Now it wont, do I need sound drivers..
Or how do I fix it?

You just need the drivers. What is your Sound Driver called?

Yeah it sounds like you need the sound drivers mate, and possibly some others.

What you need to do is right click on my computer, click properties and then select Hardware, then device manager. You'll see there a list of all your devices and the ones that have missing drivers have yellow question marks.

Then get the make and model of your laptop for drivers i.e HP 4700 Drivers and just download the ones you require. Reboot and test, you should have no yellow question marks in device manager when you've finished
