This is the best one that has been posted on this thread. I do believe they keep no logs of what you do, and not just no logs of usage like most 'no log' VPN's do.

Also OP, what did you get SWATTED for?

Mullvad is pretty good and cheap, though a lot of the nodes are banned on sites so it's debatable depending on what you want to use the VPN for. You can also pay in bitcoin and they say they don't keep logs too. Also it's hosted in a privacy respecting Nordic country.

Also how exactly is a VPN going to help you now? The people that did this obviously know your info etc. so you just have to learn your lesson the hard way.
