First download this file:
You must login or register to view this content.

Then extract them...
Insert the launcher.exe and the .DLL files into the steam
In the program files.. Like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam

Then click log off steam..
Open the launcher.exe and log in
1234 games!

Some times it will say Steam servers are busy taking your request
But it only happend 2 times for me.
