One post wonder, I know, but just hoping someone here might be able to help me out.

The scumbag owner of this chinese website ripped me off to the tune of $400, by never sending the goods ordered:

I want to get one back on him, by taking down his website for a while and affect his trade.

If someone has the skills to do it, I would gladly pay them a small fee.

Anyway, y'all probably view this as spam, but it was worth asking.

More to the story of being ripped off than meets the eye anyway. Originally purchased a few tracksuits which were paid through Paypal, he sent them in the wrong sizes, I mailed them back, and he then claims that the site is under new "ownership". Paypal ruled in my favour, but he had already withdrawn money from his account so i'm $400 in the red.

I don't particularly care about the money at this stage, but some form of revenge would be excellent.

How many people using a LOIC would it take to bring his site down?

Any advice greatly appreciated.
