Ok, so i recently bought a new laptop, and was wanting to change the keyboard mapping. Currently, the F1-F12 keys are programmed as shortcuts, and only carry out the F function if i hold down the function key with it. What is the best way to reprogram these?

NOTE: I have tried software such as Keytweak and Sharpkeys 3. I am running Windows 7 if that matters....

Are you sure Sharpkeys doesnt work? I've used it before on windows 7 and it worked. But all i did was swapped the tab and caps lock key
