So Anyway. Heres My Very Short Tut i guess......

Turn On Computer/Restart(if on) > F5 or boot menu options > Start In Safe Mode With or without networking >
when welcome screen pops up, or that box erase your name and type "Administrator" without quotes then hit enter. (NO Password entered.

You should log in
Control Panel>User Accounts>Click your account to change.
(Not Administrator Account)
>Create A Password.

And your set then just restart in normal mode and there you go hope this helped

But the thing is, how do they access this thread if their password is forgotten.

You can remember :O oooohhhhh its not that hard to write administrator...

It was harder because the password randomly changed and there was no access.
