And with the help of my friend we may be able to do alot he is a legend he created most of the hacks for socom on ps2 hes so frikken good with this stuff he even created the software "codemajic"
I was a bit surprised, and so I went ahead and looked it up.
Packetyzer is a network protocol analyzer for Windows, also know as a
packet sniffer. It is based on the Ethereal project, but provides a native Windows GUI. Packetyzer can capture from virtually any network adapter and supports many
advanced features.
All I got was that it was a packet sniffer and has no capability of actually 'crafting' packets. I'm going to download it right now and see for sure that when it states Advanced Features, that it doesn't include packet crafting in that. Packet Crafting is actually the term for the act of creating your own 'custom' packets.
Downloaded. It's just a basic GUI packet sniffer. If you can give me directions on how to send packets with it, that would be nice. Considering the readme has nothing about it, or any of the actual options included in the program. Your friend who is a real 'hacker' definitely knows how to strut his stuff. :]
Also, the software called CodeMajik was created by the more infamous IDOT. On top of that, IDOT, last I checked, had dropped out of the entire scene all together and rumors have been that he was in prison. I, personally, don't think of the rumors and think that he just got bored and quit.
On top of that, 'most of the hacks' for socom? I'll go right ahead and take apart this phrase piece by piece. First off, there was no 'hacks' for socom. First and foremost, there was a system of programs that were booted off either the hard drive or the memory card that allowed for the bypass of DNAS so that people were able to get on with codes that were placed within the program, such as a code for infinite health, etc. There was only one generic 'hack' that was within socom, and that would be the bypass of DNAS. Everything else came as a succession to that and was in the form of raw hex codes.
..
Last by not least, you should care about number one. You know why? Because Number one would be the reason you could probably search google for days and weeks and not find a single thing. If you really want to go somewhere with your life in terms of finding a packet crafter, here's a site that might start you off with a new term.. 'security groups'.

Groups of hackers.. actual hackers. Not little script kiddies who take credit for other's work.
