i did keyboard because i did it to someone account at school and they couldndt type right. it came out like this lol

if you can gte adminstrative access then you can do this to all the Pcs
it actually turns on the caps not just make them blink, so have fun.

how to stop it?

Go to Task Manager/Processes

Now scroll down to the bottom and you'll see a process named
"wscript.exe". Just end the process :p
