And this is really easy than you would expect,
here we go:
1)Goto: You must login or register to view this content.
2)Click on the “Get an invite.” Or if your already invite you just press "Go to messages"
If you arent invited just press the get an invite and wait a while.
3) Up in the left corner you will see create @fb.com email.
4) Press it and follow the steps on the screen.
5) Your done thanks
