This is very simple to do.
In google your are going to type this and then hit enter:

inurl:”viewerframe?mode=motion”
If you want a camera with a higher refresh interval and framerate try this:
intitle:”Live View / – AXIS”
The top 5 results are recommended, but you can try others. Once you are in you are able to pan the camera tilt it up and down and zoom in and out.
