in return i will give you free youtube services for 4months.

Well I have not really used wordpress, but ive fairly good with php and html. (not just saying that, actually good).

so what are you planning on doing? I might be able to help.

Im know wordpress like the back of my hand. Ive been using it for over a year and i made severel plugins / tutorials on how to secure it from attacks. Although i dont do skype and dont want youtube services. Anything else you can offer? Such as money.

By build you a site you mean install it on your host?

If that is all you want there are several hosting sites that enable auto installing of wordpress with all the menu selections.
