Are you talking about creating a program that runs at start up? You can create a line of code in things like C# that adds the program to the start up list...

Just Google it, there are a lot of guides on how to do this...

Actually, What i Mean Sorry i wasn't Specific is that i want to create an Program that will run from bios. Like Example installing Ubuntu, i want to create an Program with My Own Usefull Tools with My Own GUI,And Programs.

That's way more advance in coding, I would advice that rather than going down into that crap learn how to code first.
