(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I thought I would share this. Someone wanted me to make it for them, so I did, and now I am releasing to the people on NGU. This works great. Has nice form verification and it can be kept on one file (not counting css). The css is based off of bootstrap so it can be themed easily. Feel free to use this on your own website.
