A little later today when I get the chance I can use teamviewer and see about helping you out by examining and figuring out where the virus is and deleting it.

My advice for now is download Malwarebytes and Microsoft Security Essentials. Run malwarebytes first and see if it picks anything up, if it does, remove it. If nothing then run Essentials. Do full runs of all drives, assuming you have multiple.

If this doesn't have anything than I can try and help.

Other than that, if you don't have important information you can just reformat your hard drive. This is the easiest way to fix this problem.

Just do a factory restore on the computer and it will delete it.
