Copy and paste that into notepad a few times then save it as Example internet.bat.
Make sure you always put .bat at the end now open it and there it is.

Hm, I'm not sure about .bat files, I know that if you code one wrong your computer can get messed up so I'm gonna steer away from attempting this lol.

Lol, it's all good all it does is bring up a cmd, so if i put 6,000 then it will bring up that amount of cmd windows lol.
