why am is seeing a fail
is it because my Video card does not match "name" of the Video card they have?

don't bother with the OS problem win7 bypasses this problem easily

Have you tried to load the software that came with card? Maybe Win7 can't recognize it b/c its driver database is not updated....just trying to help.

Your card is not listed as the minimum, you have an x1300 you need an x1600. You still might be able to run the program even if it fails you.
