reason i need to fit it into a 3.5" enclosure is because some 3.5" enclosures have fans, but i found no 2.5" enclosures with fans, unless someone can find me a 2.5" enclosure with a fan.

No idea why you posted this if it is a SSD you don't even need to Mount it they don't move if its a mechanical drive use a bracket. 3.5 -2.5 they make them as most modern desktop cases have 3-5 of them
