and when i plug it in my tv the light still flash and i can hear it spinning,

i plug it into my pc and i get the noise windows makes to say it plugged, light flash and spins,

but it wont show up now after i dropped it

ideas ?

This happened to me too the only fix that would work is to restore it.

my pc is showing it has healthy and usb mass in the device management

Mine did too, I plugged it in and it beeped but never showed up and it showed it was in the device management , i deleted off my pc and tried to reinstall it and had no luck. You can try to delete of your pc and reinstall to see if that fixes it.

Have you tried going into disk management, if it shows in there delete the partition and create a new on with the wizard. Also you may of damaged the disc although its still spinning it could be damaged.
