Yo Guuys.
So this laptop I use is pretty good.
But, I have 3 usb ports. only one works. It's the one by it's self.
The two on the other side of my laptop have barely been used. I need them pretty bad.
I'm expecting to get an elgato soon, So I need a port for that, and I need to plug in my mic for commentaries, etc.
If anyone can help, please do!
Thanks,

You may want to consider getting a USB hub, preferably something like this: You must login or register to view this content.
Only reason I suggest a powered USB hub is because as you start to add on devices that a typical USB hub may not be able to power all of them.

Check the drivers are installed, i would delete the existing usb one and re-install it . Try this:
Chances are the ports are dead. It's not really common for 1 port to work and the other 2 not to work and it be a driver issue.

Sounds to me like your ports are dead on the motherboard. Like 1UP said, I'd suggest buying a powered USB Hub if you need it, but the technician side of me says to replace your motherboard :p
I've never seen it just be drivers whenever one port works, but the others don't.
