So I tried to uninstall it like a normal programs but that's what happens when I try.

For people you don't speak french it says: You do not have sufficient access to uninstall Oxy/PileFile (SAMESH * T). Ask to the admistrator The problem is that I'm the f*cking admistrator!! I really need help please.

Install IoBit Unlocker, then use that to remove the folder which it is located

Malwarebytes PRO on Windows Secure mode , your problem will go away.

If none of the above answers work, download Revo Uninstaller Pro (torrent it) and uninstall it that way.
