(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i have lots of virus on my toshiba satellite i want to factory reset but i dont know how i need help

You probably have a recovery partition, Whilst booting up tap ALT and F10 simultaneously and it should take you to recovery. Now just follow instructions. If that dont work press on the zero key when turning on the laptop.
