Try a newer version of skype if you dont have already

Does it do the same when you make a new Skype? Also what's the version of the current Skype you have?

Ah this problem was awhile ago and yea i had the skype installed but i guess it was the account i was on i guess that account can never get contacts anymore but on other accounts i can so i guess it is Solved so i will report for a mod to close this.
