Post: EVGA Gtx 970 low fps

JUST DO IT.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys so i built my pc two days ago and everything is running fine except the gpu i tested BF4 and TitanFall on Ultra and i only get 25 - 30 fps when i should be getting 60+ fps i have the latest driver and also tried reinstalling the driver and the problem still persist can someone please help me! Thanks

My specs are

CPU - i7-4790k
RAM - Corsair vengeance 8 gb
GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Super Clocked ACX 2.0 4GB
MOTHERBOARD - Gigabyte GA-Z97X-GAMING 3
PSU - Corsair RM750

Are you using the port on the back of your gpu or motherboard

GPU i also disabled the on board graphics

Could you please reply with some temperature values for both the GPU and the CPU. You can use speed fan to get these or another utility of your choice.

I just sent it back to Amazon and bought a gigabyte g1 970 and it works perfectly

Great news, may have been running too hot with it being super clocked or may even have been a faulty card. Glad you resolved the issue!
