I recently bought gang beasts on my Windows 7 HP Pavilion dv6 and I was super hyped to play it with my PS3 controllers and it worked for about a week.

After a week of using the controllers I was trying to fix something and I must have accidentally deleted something important on the laptop as in device manager "Universal Serial Bus. (USB) Controller" now has an exclamation mark and it is marked with error code (2.Now the PC is sort of recognises the controller but they are unusable.

I have tried updating it, deleting it, installing new drivers but none of it works so now I'm stuck with using the keyboard and mouse.

If anyone could give me a hand I would be extremely appreciative.


PS. The computer recognises some devices like my mouse but not a lot.

P.P.S. I am using the proper steam version of the game and DS3 can't recognise the controller. It is a normal Dualshock 3 Siaxis controller.
