(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); dude 1080p is perfectly fine

I like 4k for movies and television but I barely watch those things as it is, and 1080p looks great in my opinion. I just think the extra horsepower needed is just a waste of money.

My opinion, let me hear yours!

its a marketing gimmick name 4k nothing more your eyes wont see 4k at all.

viewing distances 4K and 1080p are indistinguishable no difference at all

it just has a better marketing name the 4k tv and not 1080p tv which is class as a old format

as for 4k its a total gimmick

and now we got 8k which again is pointless.

4K Ultra Hd movies again blu rays looks the same.

Agree. This PC is hooked up to a 4K and also a 1080p monitor. The difference couldn't be more remarkable. Some applications struggle to render at the higher framerate without throttling my GPU, so I switch to my monitor. Without even having told her there IS a difference, my kindergartner has expressed a strong preference for the "pretty" monitor and asks me to use it when she comes into this room.

As soon as the PS5 goes on sale on PlayAsia today I am going to pre-order it (disc version). PlayAsia has a really cool loyalty program where you get rewarded with PlayAsia coins. They can then be redeemed for discounts off of anything. The more you order and the more referrals that you get the more coins that you get. This is my referral link. At least check it out please, thanks. https://www.play-asia.com/23/?affiliate_id=1698851

I also think 1080 is enough, I can't even differentiate the difference between 4k and 1080p.
